Thank you to all our friends and family saying prayers for us today.
Austin came through his surgery well. His throat is very sore, as to be expected, but he's already consumed several popsicles and two bowls of chicken noodle soup!
The hardest part was when they wheeled him into the O.R. and he cried out for me to go with him -- and I couldn't go... I honestly thought that was the end of my sanity :)
We are blessed with a great ENT and a wonderful surgical staff.
He is resting calmly on the sofa in his red ninjago jammies and his favorite bear...
We are truly blessed!
